You will be contacted at the e-mail address provided for confirmation of your registration in the program. At that time you will be given a link to pay for your reduced membership badge. All money is due by October 25th. If we do not receive your payment you will not be included in the program. By sending in this form you agree that you have read all the volunteer rules and guidelines and that you will follow all rules of the convention (available in your con book upon arrival). We reserve the right to refuse any aplication for the volunteer program at any time and for any reason.
