I normally play guitar (hard/expert) or drums (medium). I think the guitar lines are more interesting, so I don't normally try the bass lines, and I'm tone-deaf, so I don't sing (the one time I tried, I failed on easy, so never again).

You should try again. Being tone-deaf wouldn't effect guitar hero it's all in the pitch.

by angelic voice i simply mean that if i sing its generally seen a crime agasin't humainty... i'm not allowed in Peru anymore as i hummed three bars of a song in a restraunt and killed 4,300 people... its really awkard story i don't like talking much more about it.

That's just it: I can't match a pitch. I'm okay singing if I'm completely a capella, since I'm not trying to match something, but the instant there's something to try and match (accompaniment, another singer, whatever), I'm lost.

Ahh, then try having someone else sing with you, makes the game much more difficult but it could work...

I love doing the singing and the drums....put me on a guitar/bass however...and its instafail lol....i've had a hard time with the singing above medium though...cause apparently (acording to my High school chorus teacher) i sing at either soprano or tenor, but never really can hit alto notes (the ones in the middle)....so i have to sing occasionally in different octives than the singers in the songs to actually be able to do it >.>....and the songs with REALLY small ranges really piss me off....cause they are so freaking sensitive....

It's a game, it doesn't really matter what you sound like...

 I get yelled at occasionally due to my voice cracking or me not being able to go low enough in a song.
