Volunteer issue...

Where is says "please read the guidelines before signing up" it pretends you can click on it, but when I try to click on it it does nothing but error 404: not found...

Yeah, I wasn't sure where to put this so I tried this already made thread out...
It is semi-Volunteer, so it seemed right.
Anyway, you guys {Staff} or anyone else out there really, in need or wanting a photographer for anything/everything?
Back in 2005 I wasn't working that well in the Photo Department (new to the area and my job), but have been more into it and have better equipment (read camera) now.
So, more then happy to help out and provide some good pics if you're interested. (Post on photobucket or burn to CD or something)
Thoughts?
Questions?
Concerns?
