Cosplay Chess
Ed only made the same mistake that any kid would have. He wanted his mother back, and was willing to do anything to get that. Once he realized what it had cost his brother, he set out to make things right. He never once thought of his own arm, and leg, but only his brother.
If I said that I never feared the Darkness, but indeed welcomed it, would you still love me...

My sanity is not in question here.
We are trying to figure out whether Ed is good or evil.
Whether his brother wanted to be a broom or a tin can, Ed did not ask before making him a tin can. So the real question is whether Ed is good or evil?

I'd class Ed as good, but able to make mistakes. Before making Al into a tin can, Al wasn't in any state to be asked. Like a doctor performing CPR on an unresponsive dying person, Ed took the only option available to save his brother.
Later in the series, we see that some of his earlier actions have had really bad unforeseen consequences, but at the time they were made, he was trying to do his best to help.

Ok. So that makes him good. Thank you.
And doesn't every so called "good" character do at least one "bad" thing in their lives? I'm pretty sure no character is 100% "good".

Actually we were talking about Cosplay chess and ideas that could be used during Cosplay Chess. As for good vs evil its a really good idea but Boston already used that concept. They had the good vs evil theme and Alchemists were on the side of good.
Luinta you would have loved it, Boston had Team Evil.

Didn't AB also do a kids vs. adults also? it got way too chaotic and then with team evil (mostly kadaj) interrupting, then they had the capture the barrel broken down into the four teams-which I believe the alchemists won 3 out of 4^^
has anyone done a Living vs. Dead before?? ie shinigami/homunculi/vampires etc as dead
just wondering
