Magic the Gathering?
i know its not a new and cool video game... but is there anyone out there who would like to bring their deck and maybe challenge me?
In the 1700's, when Mozart was conducting his famous piece, Symphony No. 40 in G Minor, there was silence... followed by thunderous applause...

Actually, we do still have space for gaming... ironically enough it is in the lobby. The breakfast area will be our gaming area this year from 10 AM to some time in the evening (we haven't decided how late to run yet). Right now just some open gaming is planned and maybe an official Yu-Gi-Oh tournament.

... a yu-gi-oh one huh? that would mean i have to tweak my deck to make it fit tournament regulations... oh well... i'll get over it...^_^

One week away people! I was thinking maybe some impromtu MTG tourneys could be run in the table top gaming area (as long as there is enough interest). Of course, they would have to be run through the Con staff and such (just to make sure everything is kosher...lol). Let's hear what other's think...
I'd love to, but my cardds are older so I don't know. See, I know that cards have to be only so older, or they actually don't count in official Magic Tourneys. But if it's just for fun, I don't see why not!
I'll bring all 3 of my decks. My favorite, my best, and my easy one.

If I said that I never feared the Darkness, but indeed welcomed it, would you still love me...

When it comes to Magic tourneys, there is always a tourney format that we can choose that will work for everyone. Most of the time it is Legacy...which has a banned list and other than that...every card that is not on the banned list is legal in the format. I'll bring a copy of the banned and restricted lists for each tournament format, just in case no one else has one...lol.
